With over 100+ Wildlife Champion Volunteers now registered with us (yes that is you!) we thought it would be fantastic to host a welcome event and launch our new wild network.

For this event, we will aim to introduce ourselves to you all, and for you all to get to know each other too. This is the beginning of a really exciting group of community nature lovers and champions 💚

This event will be informal and we will be introducing our project and in particular our #poisonfreepavements project. Your street may be one of the 53 streets selected for this pilot this year and so we want to provide you with some top tips, advice on caring for nature on your street as well as introduce other wild thing you can achieve on your street. You will also be invited to ask questions and propose ideas and opportunities.

Networking is key to our project and our aim is to connect our community whilst also connecting nature, street by street, and we hope through this network and project, new friendships will be created.

We hope you can join us for this first virtual hello, we can't wait to meet you. If you can't make it, don't worry we will record it so you can watch back at your leisure and we will be hosting future events 🌱
