Last year this very popular, free and really fun, event inspired our campaign to save our street flowers from being sprayed routinely each year with Glyphosate (poisons). Now we have 53 streets taking part in a pilot #poisonfreepavements project with Nottingham City Council and over 100 local Wildlife Champion Volunteers who have registered!
How wild is that?
So we are delighted to again be hosting this really cool event this month (and each month throughout the summer in different locations so look out for future dates). So Join us for a positive activity led by our wild.NG volunteers and community to celebrate our pavement wildflowers and discover the diversity of our urban nature.
Great for adults, enthusiasts and families.
Our event is free and led by volunteers. If you wish to donate a contribution we welcome a suggested donation of £3.
Book early to avoid disappointment! Please meet us promptly at St Johns Church for 6pm and from this point we will head out onto our community streets.
If you have chalk handy, bring it along!
