Early Spring Pavement Gardening

Fancy a spot of pavement gardening this spring? Imagine your street is your garden, we invite our community, neighbours, friends and groups to volunteer an hour of time to remove any of last years growth and cut back or clear any over growth. With the whole of Sherwood Ward poison free (with no glyphosate herbicide being sprayed by the council) we are seeking kinder and healthier solutions to street management and we welcome your support.

Nottingham City Council will be on hand on the 15th to tackle any areas which may need extra care and attention and we encourage you to identify a street or area which you feel would benefit from this support by emailing: tony.brown@nottinghamcity.gov.uk

Our aim is connect wildlife street by street and to connect our community, through nature, street by street. We welcome all ages, families and interested folk to join us in nurturing and caring for nature where we live.
