Bat Evening: Micro Talk and Detecting

This second part of our wild.NG Bat evening starts with a micro talk led by our bat ecologists and experts, followed by a wonderful session of bat detecting and bat behaviour observing using sonar and thermal technology. Blackwoods is teaming with wildlife, much of which is nocturnal, so we may very well spot more than just bats at this event.

This event is FREE. We welcome donations (suggested £5 per person) to support our work and to go towards local bat rehabilitation.

It’s going to be wild. Suitable for all ages, all children must be accompanied by an adult.

Note if you wish to attend the earlier family session, you need to book separately.
